HET-1 – Hybrid and Electric Vehicles Level-1 Training
To raise awareness of high voltage in hybrid and electric vehicles, the differences between electric and internal combustion engine vehicles, the structure of electric vehicles, the hazards in electric vehicles, minimizing risks and reducing potential dangers in case of vehicle malfunction or accident, and to teach and perform interventions on accident-damaged or malfunctioning hybrid/electric vehicles for emergency and roadside assistance services.

Het - 4 – Hibrit Ve Elektrikli Araçlarda Arıza Teşhisve Onarımı- Seviye-4 Eğitimi
Hibrit ve Elektrikle taşıtların HV (yüksek gerilim) bileşenlerinde arızaların teşhisi ile onarımını ve komponentlerin değiştirilmesi, Inverter güç ünitesinin yönetimi ile birlikte, akü/pil (batarya) yönetimi ve sistemlerde oluşabilecek muhtemel arızaların diyagnoz cihazı ile tespit edilmesi, HV araçlar üzerinde ölçme ve diyagnoz cihazlarının kullanımı, Yüksek Gerilim sistemleri üzerinde yapılacak çalışmalarda temel güvenlik prosedürlerini uygulama.

This course covers maintenance and repair procedures for hybrid and electric vehicles in high-voltage systems, including inverter power unit management, battery management and system efficiency, high-voltage air conditioning compressors, DC-DC converters, PTC heater assemblies, high-pressure hydraulic braking systems, and management systems for the balance between conventional braking and regeneration braking. It also covers HV energy management for both nickel-metal hybrid and lithium-ion batteries, inverter/converter operation and control, and methods for controlling 3-phase synchronous brushless drive motors/generators.
